The B&B is a great place. Newly renovated old house with a nice kitchen area. Very big room and everything super clean. Roberta was also very friendly and good and fast in the communication. there is also a safe place to park a bycicle or two. Absolutely can recommend this place.

The special attitude from landlord Annamaria. We had excellent days, in a peaceful neighborhood, close to the center and to Laquila University. She had a daily organized breakfast which is average. Breakfast, hot drinks (tea, coffee-espresso machine), juices and cookies kept for 24 hours. We shared a flat with a French guy with a living area (separate room and WC). I must mention that on the last day, we had an early trip and we asked for help from Annamaria and she organized it very smoothly. Even she told us if there will not be any option for transportation she was ready to pick us up early in the morning :)

Situada a 45 km de Roccaraso - Rivisondoli e a 46 km do Morro do Fucino, a Casa Di Marzio oferece acomodação em Pratola Peligna. Our arrival was so easy- we were picked up at the train station and taken about 5 minutes away to the residence. The host even brought their little dog who greeted us! The location is perfect to walk to lots of nearby restaurants, cafes, and the little local shops. The breakfast location was absolutely stunning overlooking the mountains and the pastries were delicious. The room and bathroom were super comfortable and spotlessly clean. Having a TV with internet made it super luxurious after coming home from long days sightseeing. It was very convenient to be able to make a little coffee and keep items in the fridge. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, including making dinner recommendations and reservations. All in all, the stay was incredibly relaxing and just what we needed.

It was in a great location - less than 5 minutes to a wide sandy beach. Even in mid October we were able to dip in. Free parking across the street was so handy. You walk in to the unit to find a nice shared kitchen space with treats set out. What a wonderful welcome. We were in one of three units off the kitchen which was a good size. The breakfast was a typical Italian packaged fare that was plentiful and set out so nicely in the room. Free bikes available to explore. Communication with hosts was very good.
